In this episode of Button Banter, we speak to local and national legend Andy Campbell, ex professional footballer and First Team Manager for Middlesbrough Ladies FC.

First Half

In the first half, we hear how Andy got started in football and moved up after getting spotted by a Middlesbrough scout. We look at how we can all be inspired to follow our dreams. Andy chats about how he first signed for Middlesbrough FC at age 14, what the training involved and how it motivated him to work towards his long term goals. Andy also takes us through his debut matches & favourite goals.

Second Half

In the second half we talk to Andy about what life looks like as Middlesbrough Women’s Football First Team Manager. Andy chats about this exceptional and exciting role working with lots of amazing people on and off the pitch.
