At the Aircon Group we identified that the majority of enquiries come into the business by phone, but at the time we were having some communication issues.

Mags delivered training which highlighted to all front facing staff that first impressions count, there was opportunity for discussion, time allocated to ironing out ongoing issues, an awareness session to show employees how their role significantly impacted other people’s roles in the business and how excellent communication with customers and colleagues results in fantastic customer service. Margaret delivered a session on the subject of developing an effective marketing plan. This was in order to both offer a connected process that would underpin business growth but also to showcase to investors that they were ready for the next stage and armed with a powerful and clear way to make best use of any investment received.
